RANAVIRU INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TRAINING INSTITUTE (RITTI) ESTABLISHED AT ASL TRINCOMALEE

The newest Ranaviru Information Technology Training Institute (RITTI) of the Army was established at the Army School of Logistics (ASL), Trincomalee on 3 August during a brief ceremony graced by the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Mahesh Senanayake.

VISIT TO OVERSEAS LOGISTICS ESTABLISHMENTS

Logistics Staff Course No - 4 of Army School of Logistics (ASL) attended their visit of Overseas Logistics establishments in India and Pakistan from 31 January 18 to 13 February 18. FIVE DAY LOGISTICS WORKSHOP FOR BATTALION 2 ND IN COMMAND

A Five Day Logistics Workshop for 2ICs by the Army School of Logistics commenced from 29 October and will conclude on 2 November 18. The Logistics Workshop for the Second in Command is a new Workshop initiated by the Army School of Logistics for Officers in the rank of Major who are holding positions as Second in Command in Battalions. ASL CELEBRATE 69 TH ANNIVERSARY OF SRI LANKA ARMY

The Army School of Logistics celebrated the 69 anniversary of Sri Lanka Army on 10 October 2018. To mark this occasion Permanent Staff of the ASL, Student Officers of Logistics Staff Course No 5, Junior Officers Logistics Course No 14 and all Other Ranks were present at the ASL HQ premises and the Army Flag were hoist and the Army Song was sang. ICE BREAKER - JUNIOR OFFICERS LOGISTICS STAFF COURSE NO -14

The “Ice Breaker” event was held at the Army School of Logistics (ASL) Officers’ Mess on 1 October 18 at 1930 hr and all Student Officers of Junior Officers Logistics Staff Course No-14 were welcomed by the Commandant ASL Brigadier W G D Wanniarachchi psc and all Officers of the ASL.
