The Commandant of Ranaviru Apparel (RVAPL), Brigadier Senaka Dassanayake together with , Deputy Commandant and several other key appointment holders made a visit to the ongoing construction site of the proposed five storied accommodation building at Ranaviru Apparel (RVAPL) Alawwa on Wednesday (14) morning, March 2018.

During his inspection visit to the site , the Commandant made several inquiries into various aspects of on-going Constructions and other facilities including infrastructure facilities , living condition personal problems of men and women serving at the Factory.

On arrival at the main entrance to the Factory, the visiting Commandant was warmly received by Lieutenant Colonel Chaminda Thibbotuge, Factory Manager of Ranaviru Apparel Alawwa, in the company of several other senior Officers including its Project Officer.

Several Officers of RVAPL Alawwa and representatives of Corps of Engineer Services who are responsible for its construction explained different areas of on-going project to the Commandant during the site visit.

On the same occasion , Brigadier Senaka Dassanayake gave some directions and suggestions to Factory Manager , project officer and representatives of Corps of Engineer Services on onward constructions.
