Troops serving at the Ranaviru Apparel (RVAPL) – Yakkala took part in the customary All Rank Tea Party organized by Administrative staff under the guidance and instructions of Brigadier Senaka Dassanayake, Commandant, RVAPL and supervised by Brigadier Kapila Ranaweera Deputy Commandant on account of first working day after the Sinhala and Hindu new year 2018 was held today ( 18 April 2018) at the Other Rank’s Mess of RVAPL.
