CR - Seva Vanitha Helps Students of CR Families

The Commando Regiment Seva Vanitha Branch (CR -SVB) recently gifted a laptop to a daughter of a civil employee who is pursuing a degree programme at the Management Faculty of University of Sri Jayawardenepura.

This donation was made possible with the assistance extended by Mr. Kapila Abeygunawardana, General Manager, Aitken Spence Limited in remembrance of his beloved father who was a professor at the University of Sri Jayawardenepura.

Meanwhile, under the guidance of Major General P.G.P.S Rathnayaka RWP RSP ndc, Colonel of the Regiment, CR and the General Officer Commanding of the 53 Infantry Division school accessories were distributed among students of CR families on Sunday (11 June).

The project was supervised by Brigadier B.M.S.K.K Dharmawardhana RWP RSP USP, Centre Commandant, Commando Regiment,

Senior CR - SVB members and several Officers, Other Ranks and civil staff participated in the event.
