To coincide with the 74th anniversary of the Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (SLEME), members of the SLEME Seva Vanitha Branch (SVB), chaired by Mrs. Nandani Samarakoon held a commemoration ceremony on Friday (8 Dec) at Gannoruwa SLEME school premises.
During this ceremony, ration packs including essential food items were distributed among the relatives of fallen War Heroes after inviting them to the location.
The Commander Army Logistics Command and Colonel Commandant of SLEME, Major General S.P.A.I.M.B Samarakoon Hdmc Lsc, SLEME -SVB members, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the event.
