The Military Intelligence Corps Seva Vanitha Branch (MIC - SVB) conducted an event coinciding to the International Women's Day on 09 March 2024 at the Ambalama Leisure Lounge in Kaluaggala with the participation of the members of MIC - SVB.
The event commenced with a motivational speech titled "Women at the Heart of Building a Resilient Society," delivered by Mrs. Madavi Malaigoda Ariyabandu, a professional in the field. The speech set the tone for the day, inspiring all participants to reflect on the pivotal role of women in fostering resilience in society. Mrs. Dilupa Peiris, the Chairman of MIC - SVB graced the event as the chief guest.
At the conclusion, Mrs. Nilupa Mahathanthila, the Secretary of MIC - SVB, expressed heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to everyone who contributed to making the event a success.
