Following an initiative taken by Mrs. Anoja Peiris, Chairperson, Special Forces Seva Vanitha Branch (SF - SVB), pregnant ladies residing in Bogaswewa received basic maternity essentials on 10 April 2024.
The event was supervised by Major General J.P.C Peiris RWP RSP ndu, Colonel of the Regiment of Special Forces, and aimed to offer economic support to low-income families.
Members of SF - SVB, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the event.
