The 'BlueBell Monarch' Holiday Resort in Diyathalawa was inaugurated on 22 April 2024 by Mrs. Nandani Samarakoon, Chairperson of the Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Seva Vanitha Branch (SLEME - SVB).
The construction of this holiday bungalow was carried out under the guidance of Major General S.P.A.I.M.B Samarakoon Hdmc Lsc, the Deputy Chief of Staff and Colonel Commandant of SLEME, with workforce assistance from 2 (V) SLEME.
