The Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police Seva Vanitha Branch (SLCMP-SVB) conducted a donation programme and an informative lecture, followed by its Annual General Meeting, on 22 June 2025 at the Regimental Headquarters, Polhengoda.
During the event, Mr. Sriyal De Silva and Mrs. Nilakshi De Silva extended financial assistance towards several key welfare initiatives, including Rs. 1 million for the construction of a house for a disabled SLCMP soldier, medical assistance for the spouse of a Non-Commissioned Officer and support for other upcoming projects conducted by the SLCMP Seva Vanitha Branch.
As part of the day’s proceedings, Mrs. Surani Wettasinghe, an Adviser on Human Resources, Motivation and Leadership Development, conducted an engaging session on personal branding.
Major General U.L.J.S Perera RSP USP ndu psc, Military Secretary of the Sri Lanka Army and Colonel Commandant of the SLCMP, Members of the SLCMP-SVB, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the event.
