Mrs. Kumari Pallekumbura, the newly appointed Chairperson of the Sri Lanka National Guard Seva Vanitha Branch (SLNG-SVB), took over duties on 30 June 2025 during a simple ceremony held at the SLNG Regimental Headquarters.
Subsequently, a wheelchair was donated to the wife of a Non-Commissioned Officer, who is currently undergoing treatment for cancer.
Members of the SLNG-SVB, Senior Officers, and Officers participated in the ceremony.
