The Sri Lanka Armoured Corps Seva Vanitha Branch (SLAC-SVB) organised a special lecture on the theme “The Path to a Joyful Life” at 3 SLAC - Kalaththawa, Anuradhapura, on 07 September 2025. Nearly 100 participants, including soldiers and their family members, attended the programme.
The lecture was delivered by Family Health Service Officer, Psychological Counsellor and Health Journalist, Mrs Nilukshi Thilakasiri. The three-hour session provided valuable insights into mental wellbeing, family health, and ways to build a balanced lifestyle.
The event was conducted under the guidance of Mrs Sumangali Pathiravithana, Chairperson of SLAC-SVB.
