GR-SVB Conducts a Lecture on Stress and Anger Management

The Gajaba Regiment Seva Vanitha Branch (GR-SVB), conducted an informative counseling session on “Stress and Anger Management” on 14 September 2025, at the Multi-Functional Hall of Officers’ Mess in Saliyapura.

The lecture was conducted by Mrs. K.S.R. De Soysa, Psychotherapist & Psychological counsellor.

Mrs. Udari Anupama Gamage, the Chairperson of GR-SVB and Members of GR-SVB participated in the event.
