The Sri Lanka Artillery Seva Vanitha Branch (SLA–SVB) successfully completed a housing project for Mr. Marasinghe, a civilian employee residing in Vilagala, Nilwakka, Kegalle.
The project, funded by the SLA–SVB, commenced on 25 May 2025 under the close supervision of the Commanding Officer of the 4th Field Regiment, Sri Lanka Artillery, with workforce support from the troops.
The completed house was ceremonially vested in the beneficiary on 22 October 2025. Major General K.V.N.P. Premaratne RSP USP nps psc, Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force and Colonel Commandant of the SLA, together with Mrs. Vindya Premaratne, Chairperson of the SLA–SVB, symbolically handed over the house keys to the family.
