Scholarship Awarding Ceremony by SLAOC-SVB

The Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps Seva Vanitha Branch (SLAOC-SVB) conducted Scholarship Awarding Ceremony on 23 November 2025 at the SLAOC Regimental Centre, recognising 28 children of SLAOC members who excelled in the Grade Five Scholarship Examination.

Major General W.M.S.N. Wijekoon ndc AATO, Quarter Master General and Colonel Commandant of the SLAOC, together with Mrs Shirani Nirmaleen Wijekoon, Chairperson of the SLAOC-SVB, graced the event as the Chief Guest. The event featured cultural performances, followed by the distribution of school bags, stationery and other educational materials to the students.

Members of the SLAOC-SVB, senior officers, officers, other ranks, scholarship recipients and their parents were present at the occasion.
