SLLI – SVB Distributes Essentials to Ududumbara Gangoda Families

The Sri Lanka Light Infantry Seva Vanitha Branch (SLLI – SVB) conducted a distribution programme of dry rations, clothing and drinking water on 10 December 2025 for 113 families residing in Ududumbara Gangoda, Kandy.

Clothing and bottled drinking water were contributed by the business community of Keragala–Putupagala, while dry rations were donated by the Whale Aquatics Swimming Association, supported with financial assistance from the SLLI – SVB.

This initiative was carried out under the guidance of Major General Y.A.B.M. Yahampath RWP RSP ndu psc, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Army and Colonel of the Regiment of the Sri Lanka Light Infantry, with the coordination of Mrs. Darshani Yahampath, Chairperson of SLLI – SVB.
