ASVU Unit Distributes Dry Ration Packs to Affected Personnel

The Army Seva Vanitha Unit (ASVU) conducted a dry ration distribution programme on 30 December 2025 at Nagahamulla Army Camp, providing relief to 3,656 Army personnel and civilian staff affected by recent adverse weather condition.

Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP ctf-ndu psc IG, Commander of the Army, together with Swendrine Rodrigo, President of ASVU, handed over the parcels. Senior officers, officers, and other ranks participated in the event.
