Mrs. Irannthi Dilrukshi Perera, the Chairperson of the Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps Seva Vanitha Branch (SLAMC–SVB), together with Major General P.S. Subath Sanjeewa RSP nps psc, Commander 1 Corps and Colonel Commandant of the SLAMC, along with members of the SLAMC–SVB, visited the War Heroes residing at Mihindu Seth Madura, Aththidiya on 17 January 2026.
The visit commenced with a warm welcome extended by the resident War Heroes of Mihindu Seth Madura.
As part of the programme, the SLAMC–SVB donated two water heaters, 32 table lamps, 10 ice packs and T-shirts with the support of a donor for the use of the wellness resort.
In addition, lunch was provided for the War Heroes. The visit was further enriched by an entertainment session presented by the SLAMC Beat Band, adding warmth and joy to the occasion.
