The Sri Lanka Signal Corps Seva Vanitha Branch (SLSC–SVB) organized a lecture on mental health on 23 January 2026 at the Regimental Headquarters. The lecture was conducted by Clinical Psychologist Mrs. Vishmika De Silva.
The session focused on emotional resilience, stress management, work–life balance and healthy coping strategies tailored for military life. Over 200 personnel participated both physically and online, engaging in an informative and interactive programme.
