Mrs. Damayanthi Bandaranayake, Chairperson of Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment Seva Vanitha Branch (VIR-SVB), together with its members, visited ‘Abhimansala III’ Wellness Resort, Pangolla on 18 February 2026.
During the visit, gift packs were distributed among the resident war heroes. A musical entertainment programme was conducted to uplift their morale, followed by the provision of lunch. Concluding the programme, the Chairperson recorded her remarks in the visitors’ book.
Major General K.A.W.N.H. Bandaranayake USP, Commander, Security Forces (Central) and Colonel of the Regiment of VIR, Members of VIR-SVB, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the visit.
