The Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps Seva Vanitha Branch (SLAMC- SVB) organised a blood donation campaign on 20 February 2026 at 3 SLAMC, Anuradhapura, marking the 27th anniversary of the unit.
The initiative was held under the guidance of Mrs. Iranthi Dilrukshi Perera, Chairperson of the SLAMC - SVB. The programme was conducted in collaboration with the Teaching Hospital, Anuradhapura. A total of 93 donors participated in the donation programme.
The Commanding Officer of Army Hospital Anuradhapura, the Commanding Officer of 3 SLAMC and several Senior Officers representing the SLAMC - SVB attended the event.
