SF-SVB Conducts Team Building and Adventure Programme

The Special Forces Seva Vanitha Branch (SF-SVB) conducted a Team Building and Adventure Programme for children of serving Other Ranks from 28 to 30 May 2026 at the Special Forces Training School, Maduru Oya, under the guidance of Major General W.B.M.K.G.K. Weerasekara WWV RWP RSP USP AUSWC psc, Colonel of the Regiment of SF and under the supervision of Mrs. Vindya Welenawewa, Chairperson of SF-SVB.

This pioneering initiative brought together 48 children aged between 12 and 18 years for a three-day experiential learning programme designed to challenge, inspire and develop future leaders.

Under the guidance of qualified Eagliser Outbound Trainers, participants engaged in leadership and team-building activities designed to develop confidence, communication, problem solving skills, resilience and teamwork through a range of outdoor challenges and practical experiences.
