The Sri Lanka Signal Corps Seva Vanitha Branch (SLSC-SVB) conducted a welfare assistance programme on 29 May 2026 at the 10th Regiment Sri Lanka Signal Corps (10 SLSC), under the guidance of Mrs. Sanjeewani Bandaranayake, Chairperson of SLSC-SVB.
During the programme, a civil staff member of 10 SLSC who was facing severe financial difficulties was provided with a gift voucher worth Rs. 20,000 and a cash donation of Rs. 10,000 by Mrs. Carmelitta Shamilla, spouse of the Commanding Officer of 10 SLSC.
