The Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment Seva Vanitha Branch (SLSR-SVB) constructed a new house for a civilian employee of the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment and vested it in the beneficiary on 13 June 2026.
Financial assistance for the completion of the house was provided by the SLSR-SVB, while troops of the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment extended workforce assistance. The welfare project was undertaken to support the beneficiary in completing his partially constructed house.
On the occasion, a sofa set and several other essential household items were also donated to the beneficiary. Major General A.M.C. Abeykoon RWP RSP USP ndc, Master General Ordnance of the Sri Lanka Army and Colonel of the Regiment of the SLSR, Mrs. Yamuna Abeykoon, Chairperson of the SLSR-SVB, Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks and members of the SLSR-SVB participated in the event.
