SLAOC–SVB Donates Sewing Machine to Spouse of Late SLAOC Officer

Under the guidance of Mrs. Nirmalin Wijekoon, Chairperson of the Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps Seva Vanitha Branch (SLAOC–SVB), a donation programme was conducted on 24 June 2026 at the Regimental Headquarters of the Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps.

During the programme, a sewing machine was donated to Mrs. Priyantha, the spouse of the late Captain K.W.A.R. Priyantha, to strengthen her economic situation by supporting her self-employment aspirations.

Members of SLAOC–SVB, Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks, the beneficiary and her family members participated in the event.
