General Officer Commanfing 11 Infantry Division, Major General RM Ranasinghe WWV RWP RSP made a field visit to 19th Battalion Sri Lanka National Guard in Laxapana on 04 and 05 October 2023.
The senior officer was warmly welcomed by the Commanding Officer and troops during a formal ceremony. Briefing on the task and role of the battalion was conducted by the commanding officer that followed by the troops address. The division commander later visited the Laxapana Power Station and Sri Padasthana Temple.
