12 INFANTRY DIVISION CONSTRUCTS A NEW HOUSE FOR A DESERVING FAMILY IN GOTHAMIGAMA

Initiating another phase of the House Construction Project guided by the Commander of the Army, 12 Infantry Division inaugurated constructing a new house for Mr. Y S B Thusitha Kumara Silva and his family in Gothamigama – Katharagama.

General Officer Commanding 12 Infantry Division, Major General C S Munasinghe WWV RWP RSP USP ndc psc IG set the corner stone for the construction during a simple ceremony held on 01 March 2024. The new house will be erected by the troops of 20 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment with the financial sponsorship of a philanthropist.
