A sudden fire occurred in Haldummulla, Mahawanguwa area in the Badulla District which is located in the responsible area of Security Forces (Central) in the morning hours of 20 July 2018. Sooner the incident reported, the troops of Security Forces Headquarters (Central) were tasked to control the fire on the direction of the Commander Security Forces (Central), Major General G R H Dias VSV USP ndc psc IG.
One officer and twenty five soldiers reached the place immediately to take prompt actions to douse the wild fire completely.
