The culvert near Kaluambatenna area, on the road from Diyathalawa to Welimada was blocked and damaged from a long period, and it has also threatened the traffic movement along the road.
The engineer troops serving under Security Force Headquarters (Central), made necessary initiatives to unblock the adjacent drainage system, and revamped the damaged culvert in order to restore the normalcy of road movements.
