Major General GRH Dias USP ndc, psc, IG Commander, Security Forces (Central) made his first official visit to the 11 Division which is under command to Security Force Headquarters (Central) on 01 August 2017 after the assumption of duties as the Commander, Security Forces (Central).
Paying homage to the noblest Temple of the Tooth the commander has paid a courtesy call on Chief Prelates of Malwathu and Asgiri Chapters.
Thereafter, the Commander visited the 11 Division and he was warmly welcomed by Major General AWAWN Ranawana RWP RSP, General Officer Commanding of 11 Division, Brigade Commanders of 111 and 112 Brigades along with other senior officers. In addition, the visiting Commander was honoured with a Guard Turnout by the troops of 5 (V) Sri Lanka Light Infantry.
Moreover, the Commander has signed the Visitors' Book marking his first official visit to the 11 Division.
