A series of events were organized by the troops of 11 Infantry Division in Kandy, to celebrate the 74th Anniversary of Sri Lanka Army.
On the guidance of General Officer Commanding 11 Infantry Division, Major General RM Ranasinghe WWV RWP RSP, a formal ceremony, flag hoisting, singing of Army Anthem, and delivering the message from Army Chief were conducted at the premises of the headquarters on 10 October 2023.
The officers and troops engaged in a tree planting campaign followed by the All Ranks lunch on the special day.
