Troops under 11 Infantry Division in Kandy, conducted another social welfare program to distribute ration packs and school stationeries for deserving families in Ovilkanda area in Matale District on 03 June 2023. The distribution program is a brainchild of General Officer Commanding 11 Infantry Division, Major General Rohitha Aluvihare RWP RSP USP ndu psc, and benefitted 71 deserving families with school children. Each beneficiary received a ration pack worth of Rs 5000.00 along with school stationeries.
