MIDDLE GRADE OFFICERS SHARPEN THEIR SKILLS ON ADMINISTRATION AND LOGISTICS

A refresher course on Logistics, Administration and Quartering for middle grade officers serving in the formation of Security Force (Central), was organized at Diyatalawa from 16 October 2023 to 21 October 2023.

A number of fifteen officers discharging duties as Second In Commands of battalions and Staff Officers at Security Force Headquarters, Infantry Divisions and Brigades, attended the dynamic refresher course which was piloted by Forward Maintenance Area (Central). The opening address for the refresher course was delivered by Major General WWHRRVMNDKB Niyangoda RWP RSP VSV USP ndu psc, Commander Security Force (Central).

During the sessions, the officers were able to refine and sharpen their skills and knowledge on various aspects of logistics, administration and quartering that would benefit the effective and smooth function of entire organization.

The refresher course concluded with the certificate awarding ceremony graced by Major General DMPP Dasanayake, Commander Forward Maintenance Area (Central).
