MILITARY PERSONNEL ASSIST THE VICTIMS OF ADVERSE WEATHER

Prevailing adverse weather condition has paralyzed the civil life in the Kandy District located in the responsible area of Security Forces (Central) and the relief operations are carried out by the Military personnel of 1 Sri Lanka Rifle Corps (1 SLRC) which is under command to 111 Brigade of Security Forces (Central). Further, the residents of the flooded areas were evacuated to safety places on 21 May 2018.
