NEW CIVIL AFFAIRS OFFICER ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITIES

Lieutenant Colonel PHNH Perera of Sri Lanka Artillery, assumed duties as Civil Affairs Officer at Security Force Headquarters (Central) on 07 August 2023.

The senior officer, who possesses exemplary service in the army, is an experienced professional military personal. He had served both in operational and non-operational areas and made contribution to protect the sovereignty of the motherland.

Senior staff officers, officers and other rank staff expressed best wishes to the newly appointed civil affairs officer.
