General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, HI (M), Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee of Pakistan (Chairman, JCSC, Pakistan) who visited Nuwaraeliya on a five-day long goodwill tour to Sri Lanka, was warmly welcomed by Major General Mohan Rathnayake RWP RSP USP ndu Commander Security Force (Central) on Saturday, 11 February 2023.
General Sahir Shamshad Mirza and the delegation initially made their tour to Sacred Temple of Tooth Relic in Kandy and received blessings. After the warm welcome at Nuwaraeliya, the Security Force Commander guided the visiting Chairman JCC Pakistan to the Pidurutalagala Transmitting Station, and later the delegation was hosted a delicious lunch at Grand Hotel Nuwaraeliya. The official meet up exchanged mementoes and posed for a group photograph to add memories to their visit.
Commander 112 Infantry Brigade and Senior Officers accompanied were also joined in the event.
