SECURITY FORCE COMMANDER VISITS ARMY FARM IN KALUAMBATENNA

Commander Security Force (Central) and the Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Army General Services Corps, Major General WWHRRVMNDKB Niyangoda RWP RSP VSV USP ndu pcs made an inspection visit to Agriculture & Livestock Farm at Kaluambatenna on 20 September 2023.

The visiting Commander was warmly welcomed by the staff at the premises of army farm which is administrated by Sri Lanka Army General Services Corps. The senior officer planted a tree sapling to mark his maiden visit and inspected the functions and management of the farm. Later he joined with all the members of the staff at the tea party and commended their service.

Subsequently the farm visit, Security Force Commander paid a site visit at the same area where it is proposed to construct the Battalion Training School of Security Force (Central). Senior staff officers of the headquarters accompanied the Commander during the visit.
