SECURITY FORCES (CENTRAL) CONCLUDED ANOTHER ENGLISH COURSE FOR THE OTHER RANKS

The English Language and Skill Development Course Number II of the year 2017 conducted at the Security Forces Headquarters (Central) under the direction of Major General G R H Dias USP ndc psc IG, the Commander Security Forces (Central), terminated on 18 December 2017.

26 Other Ranks from under command formations of SF (Central) participated for the course. This course was conducted directly under the supervision of Lieutenant A L A S D Liyaranachchi (SLAGSC) the English Instructor of SF HQ (Cen).

The Colonel General Staff of the SF HQ (Central) and few Senior Officer/Officers and Other Ranks attended for the closing ceremony. Students of the course entertained the gathering with a stage show which reflecting their talent and improvements gain during the course. Col GS of SF HQ (Cen) give away the closing remarks appreciating the talents of the students and highlighted the importance of the learning English Language in the present day.
