TROOPS OF 18 GW CONTRIBUTE TO THE "SHRAMADANA" CAMPAIGN
Troops from 18 GW under Command to the 121 Brigade participated for Shramadana campaign at Galthemmandiaya Temple in Monaragala district to cleaned up temple premises on 11 August 2018. Commander Security Forces (Central), Major General G R H Dias VSV USP ndc psc IG has given the instructions and guidance to success the event. Finally the Chief incumbent of the temple has given convey his appreciation to the troops who contribute the event and to the SL Army.
Twenty Other Ranks were rendered their fullest contribution to make this event success. This campaign successfully ended amidst the appreciations of the chief incumbent of the temple to the Commander of the Army and military personnel who were contributed to the campaign.
