On the sheer guidance and direction of Commander Security Force (Central), Major General Mohan Rathnayake RWP RSP USP ndu, troops under Security Force Headquarters (Central) coordinated another donation for deserving school students in Soragune – Amilagama, Haldummulla on 17 June 2023.
The donation program took place at the Ba/Amilagama Kanishta Vidyalaya, benefitted a lot of deserving students in the area, and they were presented stationery packs, shoe pairs and snack packs during the event.
Dr. Malika Jayasuriya – Director of South wales Hospital based in South Carolina USA contributed for the donations. The directors and presenters of ‘Neth FM’ radio channel sponsored the program and presented entertainment sequences for the students and parents.
Security Force Commander graced the event as chief guest and the senior staff officers accompanied him. School staff and parents witnessed the formal event.
