TROOPS PARTICIPATED IN A TIMELY LECTURE.

A lecture was conducted on drug prevention and the benefits of a drugs free society by the Civil Coordinating Officer at 111 Brigade Headquarters, Major R K Karunanayake SLNG on 02 July 2018 at Torch Cinema Hall of Sri Lanka Military Academy. This timely lecture was organized with the instructions of the Commander Security Forces (Central), Major General G R H Dias VSV USP ndcpsc IG.

The motive of this lecture was to make aware the Military personnel on the effects of addiction to alcohol and drugs. Further it was discussed the abuses related to the drugs and how the drugs cause to tarnish the personality and the image of somebody.

With the instructions of the Commander Security Forces (Central), officers and other ranks of Security Forces Headquarters, its under command units and training schools participated in the lecture.
