TROOPS TAKE MEASURES TO CONTROL WILD FIRE IN SF (CEN ) AOR

The wild fire occurred on 08 August 2018 in Sapugoda Kanda, Aanapallama in the Monaragala District was doused by the troops on the direction of the Commander Security Forces (Central), Major General G R H Dias VSV USP ndc psc IG. The affected area is located in the responsible area of 121 Brigade of Security Forces (Central).

A team consisting of one officer and twenty five soldiers reached the place immediately to take prompt actions to douse the wild fire completely under the supervision of the Commanding Officer of 9 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR).
