DISTRIBUTION OF DRY RATION BAGS TO AFFECTED ARMY PERSONNEL DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS IN THE SFHQ (E) AREA

A public welfare programme to distribute dry ration bags to Service duty Army personnel affected by the recent emergency disaster situation in the villages of Kahawattemunai and Somapura in the area of the Trincomalee District was held on 11 December 2025, under the supervision of the Commander, Security Forces (East).

The Commander, Security Forces Headquarters (East), Major General J.S.B.W. Pallekumbura RWP RSP ndu psc, together with Mrs. Pallekumbura, senior officers, and all ranks of the Army, participated in this programme.
