According to the guidance and concept given by the General Officer Commanding 22 Infantry Division Major General PAM Peiris RSP USP psc is scheduled to conduct a Tamil language course in four phases for the year 2024.
The first phase of the Tamil language course commenced on 06 February 2024 to 22 February 2024 to improve the speaking ability of the soldiers in 22 Infantry Division AOR. The course is conducted by Mr. Velautham Jayarathnam is working as a teacher at Gomarankadawala School. 50 soldiers participated in the first phase of the course.
