A Blood Donation Programme was organized at the Lanka IOC Terminal China Bay on (29) Wednesday with the assistance of the troops of 22 Division.
The troops actively supported the programme in response to a request made by Mr. Chiranjeevi, the Vice President of Lanka IOC PLC from General Officer Commanding 22 Division Major General Aruna Jayasekara. More than 76 Officers and Other Ranks voluntarily donated their blood for the use of patients of District Hospital Trincomalee.
