Under the guidance of the Commander, Security Forces (East), Major General P.R. Pathiravithana USAWC psc, and the close supervision of the General Officer Commanding, 23 Infantry Division, the troops of the 9th Sri Lanka Artillery, operating under the 233 Infantry Brigade, recently established a water supply project in Mahasenpura village.
The project was inaugurated on 03 April 2025, with the intention of providing purified, safe drinking water to the community.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by the Commander, Security Forces (East); the General Officer Commanding, 23 Infantry Division; the Commander, 233 Infantry Brigade; senior officers; officers; other ranks and civilians
