54 Division was raised on 04 April 1988 and presently located at MANNAR. The Division is comprised with 03 Brigades (541 Brigade,542 Brigade & 543 Brigade). 06 x Bns are placed under command. General Officer Commanding 54 Division is Brigadier H J Seneviratne RWP RSP ndu, since 02 January 2017. Total Strength of 54 Division is 136 x 2761.
54 DIVISION MARKED ITS 7TH ANNIVERSARY
