10 (VOLUNTEER) THE BATTALION OF GAMUNU WATCH ALONG WITH THE LOCAL RESIDENTS CONDUCTED A PROGRAM OF ALMS GIVING AT NAGATHALU MURUNGAN KOVIL ON THAI PONGAL DAY.

Under the guidance of Brigadier I P Jayasinghe RWP Commander 541 Infantry Brigade on Thai Pongal Day, a programme of alms giving was conducted at Vellankulam Pillaiar Kovil on 14 January 2025 with the participation of 02 x 10 troops 10 (Volunteer) The Battalion of Gamunu Watch and villagers. Also, this programme was done to foster harmony between the Army and the civilians.
