As per the guidance of General Officer Commanding 61 Division Brigadier K D C G J Thilakarathne RWP RSP, materials to construct a house for a needy civilian in Puwarasan were donated on 10 January 2019.
According to request made by Mr. Sandhana Sippaiya, a helpless civilian in Siwamnagar, Puwarasankulam, the General Officer Commanding 61 Division promptly directed to offer him adequate quantity of Tin Sheets, Cement, and other necessary items to repair his house.
Apart from that Mr. Sandhana Sippaiya was provided with economically valued saplings such as Bulu, Jack, Coconut and Beetle.
