Prior to the Captain to Major Examination 2024, a refresher course commenced from 19 February 2024 to 25 February 2024 at the Headquarters Security Forces Wanni 3D hall located in Army Camp Vavuniya.
The opening address was delivered by the Brigadier General Staff of Security Forces Headquarters (Wanni) Brigadier J S B W Pallekumbura RWP RSP ndu psc and more than 75 candidates joined with the refresher course.
This programme has been conducted as per the directions given by the Directorate of Training and as well as the close supervision of the Security Forces Headquarters (Wanni). All the relevant subjects were covered by under command battalion Commanding Officers and Maj Gen M P Karunarathne IG (Retd) conducted the lecture on Current Affairs for consecutive two days.
