COMMANDER SECURITY FORCES (WANNI) JOINED THE ALMS GIVING PROGRAMME ORGANIZID BY THE 54 INFANTRY DIVISION

The Commander Security Forces (Wanni), Major General K M P S B Kulatunga RSP ndc psc joined an alms giving programme at Mathotta Rajamaha Viharaya Mannar. In accordance with the invitation of the General Officer Commanding 54 Infantry Division, the Sarana Buddhist Foundation hosted alms giving programme at Mathotta Rajamaha Viharaya, for 60 Monks of Rajarata Buddhist Bhiksu University of Sri Lanka and donated Rs 10,000.00 each for assist their studies. As per the guidance of the General Officer Commanding 54 Infantry Division, Commander 541 Infantry Brigade Brigadier I P Jayasinghe RWP coordinated the programme with the assistance of troops of 10 (V) Gemunu Watch.

Venerable Nakalagamuwe Sumana Thero, the Chief patron of the Sarana Buddhist Foundation in Kadawatha, Major General K M P S B Kulatunga RSP ndc psc Commander Security Forces (Wanni), Major General A M C P Weijayaratna RWP RSP nps psc Commander 54 Infantry Division, Mr. Sunil Wijayawardene, President of the Sarana Buddhist Foundation, along with the foreign donors, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks attended the programme.
